DAY 1 – Arrive to Lisbon International Airport. Meet & greet and transfer to the hotel ***

DAY 2 
 
Breakfast  at the hotel

- Meeting with the Portuguese Law firm: presentation on Golden Visa program for the Russian buyers & legal aspects of buying property in Portugal 

- Meeting with leading real estate agency in Lisbon: presentation of property portfolio, tips on selling Portuguese properties, signing agreements with the agent

- An educational seminar  “ Lisbon: Sea, Sun and…easy VISAS”! 

• Current trends on the Portuguese real estate market – why does every agent want to have Portuguese properties on their portfolios?
• Economical & Political trends making Lisbon an attractive place to invest in real estate 
• Financial system.  Dealing with banks. Opening bank accounts 

- Evening at leisure to enjoy the beautiful city of Lisbon & shopping!

DAY 3

Breakfast at the hotel 

Transfer to Algarve 
Check –in at the hotel***  in Algarve 

Visiting leading developers in the Algarve, viewing their properties, signing partnership agreements

Lunch at the local restaurant:  local food & wine tasting experience

Enjoy the afternoon on one of the most beautiful beaches in Algarve at your leisure or let us assist you in booking your chosen leisure activity*

DAY 4 

Breakfast at the hotel 

Visiting leading developers in the Algarve area, viewing their properties, signing partnership agreements 

Seminar: “The Algarve – is the jewel of Portugal”.  Tips & Advise on how to sell Portuguese property from the leading developers 

Visiting hotspots of Algarve –  pros and cons about each town (we will visit minimum 2 towns)

Dinner in a typical Fado restaurant: music, wine, good food and networking!


DAY 5

Breakfast at the hotel 

 – Departure to Novosibirsk



*We will provide you with a list of recommended shopping malls, restaurants & places to see!
* We can assist you in booking leisure activities such as: golf lesson, wine tasting, dolphin watching, safari, cave watching boat trip (price upon request)
