With new shows, an updated website and magazine launch, plus strong stand sales, Second Home International is growing its European expos and strengthening its marketing.

This year, Second Home International has added expos in Antwerp, Belgium, from 5-7 June 2015. The expos, which attract overseas property exhibitors and visitors from around the world, are focused on the second home market.

Marketing Manager Vincent Peek says, “Our shows are growing, markets are increasing. We try to keep focus and only offer second homes. People who come, will only find second homes and related products. We try to increase the quality of seminars and have wine tastings and an oysterman for the atmosphere.”

Demand for overseas property in Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands is still high, says Mr Peek. “For the Belgians, Spain is still booming. Dutch people also look for second homes. We have an increase in exhibitors of Dutch property, but Spain and Austria are also still interesting for the Dutch.”
