Buying Properties Abroad Helsinki

24Oct.

24th-25th October 2015 EXPECTED NUMBER OF VISITORS: 2,500

Welcome to the Nordic region’s biggest and most visited exhibition for buying properties abroad.

Fair Media International has arranged real estate exhibitions in the Nordic region for buying properties abroad for 12 years now.

There are signs that the economy is on its way up and that this is the time to buy. The stock market has gone up, the interest rate is at an all time low and the prices for real estate are still attractive in many countries around the world. The exhibition held the 18th – 19th of April 2015 was very successful with many visitors. These visitors all had in common that they want to fulfil their dreams of owning a property abroad. As the public gets more and more knowledgeable and informed on the subject this step is easier to take. The exhibitors were very pleased with the organization and with the present economic situation in Finland expectations were created that the exhibition this coming autumn will be as good.

The next exhibition in Helsinki is held as usual at the Wanha Satama located at Skatudden Lilla Hamngatan 3-5 just next to the ferry docks.

The exhibition will take place the weekend 24th – 25th October 2015.

This is a market place for exhibitors from around the world who wants to market their properties to qualified buyers. Our exhibitors come from countries like Turkey, Spain, Portugal, Estonia, Thailand and North Cyprus. They are made up by agents, brokers and builders as well as other companies that work closely to the business.

We arrange different seminars that are free to the public. In the folder for the exhibition is given information about these and who is responsible for each seminar. Normally we arrange seminar about the most popular countries at the moment but also about tax consequences when buying a property abroad, pension abroad and mortgages possibilities when buying your property.
